Our History

It all started with a phone call and a request from a client.

In the spring of 2004, the Executive Vice President of a national not-for-profit contacted us and asked if we would "take a look and see how they could improve their Internet presents".

From this request, a feasibility study was performed, which the findings justified a need for change. The next step was to write and issue an RFP -Request for Proposals.

As part of the scope of work of this engagement, we interviewed over 100 CMS - Content Management System vendors as part of the qualifying research for the selection of potential vendors to be issued an RFP.

At the end of this process, we had a detail benchmark evaluation for over 100 vendors against requirements criteria of more than 150 different CMS functions and features.

In a nutshell, we knew the marketplace!

After our engagement was over, with the client very happy with the services we provided, and while exploring the best way to leverage this knowledge, the partners of our firm decided to form a separate business unit solely dedicated to helping clients maximize the Internet as a business tool to leverage their communities of interest in extending their voice and strengthening their brand.
